FlightScope Mevo+ Space Requirements: Room and Placement
The FlightScope Mevo+ sits behind the ball, and its captured records carry a 7 to 9 foot sensor-to-tee range and an 8 foot minimum ball flight. This page shows those records with dates and sources, keeps them separate from screen setback and swing space, and links the validator that compares them with your room.

Do X3C, Mevo Gen2, Mevo and Mevo+ work in low light conditions? · Publication date not stated for this section
Radar technology does not require direct sunlight for accurate measurement and is completely unaffected by low light conditions.
FlightScope answers this low-light question for the X3C, Mevo Gen2, Mevo and Mevo+ together. The same answer says Advanced Fusion Tracking needs 300 lux within a 3 foot radius of the hitting location. GolfCompat has not tested the unit.

What the Mevo+ records cover
FlightScope's FAQ asks for 7 to 9 feet from sensor to tee indoors and 8 feet of ball flight. Both figures are equipment distances, not a safe-swing rule, and the FAQ leaves mat height and containment to separate checks. The Mevo+ model page adds the sensor type and radar notes.
Check the Mevo+ distances against your room
Measure from the same endpoints as the records: sensor position to tee, and tee to net impact plane. The clearance validator compares your numbers with the FlightScope record values and keeps a missing input visible instead of treating it as zero.
